Refund policy

30-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 30-day return policy, which extends the statutory European Union 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Condition: You have the right to unpack and check the item to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (like you would in a shop). However, if you use the item beyond what is necessary to check it, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods. In such cases, we may deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to the loss in value.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you must contact us at contact@bubblesandpeppers.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the return address via email once your return request is acknowledged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES (Legal Warranty)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As a consumer, you are protected by the Statutory Warranty (Rękojmia/non-conformity of goods) under Polish Law for 2 years. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, separate from the standard 30-day return policy.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or legal reasons:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) if they have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note: Unless the item falls into one of the categories above, "Sale" items or Gift Cards are eligible for return under EU consumer law.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (in accordance with EU regulations). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@bubblesandpeppers.com.
