1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & PROCESSING

All orders are shipped from our location in Poland. We process and pack orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Shipping within Poland (Domestic): For local delivery within Poland, we offer:

  • InPost Paczkomaty 24/7: Delivery to your chosen locker.

  • Poczta Polska: Standard registered mail or courier service.

International Shipping (Europe, USA & Rest of World): We ship globally. To ensure reliable delivery, we select the best carrier based on your destination and the size of your order. Our primary shipping partners include:

  • DHL & Deutsche Post

  • Global Expres (via Poczta Polska)

  • UPS / FedEx

Last-Mile Delivery (USA & Global): For international shipments (specifically to the USA), the final leg of the delivery is often handled by your local national carrier or a private courier partner, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Time in transit depends on customs processing and local carrier speeds.

  • Poland: 1–3 business days.

  • European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • USA & Canada: 7–21 business days (Standard) / 3–7 business days (Express Courier).

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders include tracking.

  • International Customers: Please note that for some standard shipments (like Global Expres or Deutsche Post), detailed tracking updates may pause briefly while the package clears customs in your country. Once it clears customs, tracking will resume via your local carrier (e.g., USPS.com for US customers).

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Important for customers outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Canada): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. bubbles&peppers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

  • USA: Generally, orders under $800 USD are duty-free, but this is subject to US Customs regulations.

  • UK: VAT rules may apply at checkout or upon delivery.

6. LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you or because you failed to claim the package/pay customs duties, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping costs. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
