Expedition Flag - Digital Download [STL, 3MF]

Ready to represent Expedition 33? We’ve just released a comprehensive flag kit to enhance your diorama or gaming setup!

This isn't just a generic model, We’ve taken our handmade Expedition 33 cosplay flag and turned it into a high detail 3D model for you! We wanted to bring that same level of detail from our costume to your tabletop.

This is a digital file download. No physical flags included.

STL and 3MF files included, ready to print. No hardware is required for assembly, just print and enjoy. The design includes optional magnet slots on the base and pole for a modular fit. Glue can also be used to permanently fix the flags to the pole.

💡 Tips for Printing

I have printed with following settings in Bambu Studio:

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.16mm high quality
• No supports
• PLA

Optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle at standard size. If scaling down: Please reduce your line width and/or use a 0.2mm nozzle for the flags depends on scale, otherwise the fine lines on the numbers may not print correctly.

These files are designed to work seamlessly with an AMS. However, because the design only requires a single color switch, you should be able to set a manual pause in your slicer to swap the filament.

We have designed the files with standard tolerances, but fitment can vary depending on your printer calibration and flow settings.

• If the fit is too loose: A small drop of glue will secure the flag in place.

• If the fit is too tight: A quick light sanding or scraping of the connection point should solve the issue.

Printer Compatibility

These files have been tested and verified specifically on an FDM printer (Bambu Lab P1S). We have not verified the printability on Resin (SLA/DLP) printers yet. If you print this on a different machine or material, we would love to hear your feedback on the results!"
